Ahmedabad, India – In a heartwarming ceremony that blended tradition with understated elegance, Jeet Adani, the youngest son of billionaire industrialist Gautam Adani, married Diva Jaimin Shah on Friday. The wedding, held at the Adani township in Ahmedabad, was a private affair attended by close family and friends.  

Gautam Adani, taking to social media to share the joyous occasion with the world, expressed his heartfelt blessings for the newlyweds. “With the blessings of Almighty God, Jeet and Diva tied the sacred knot of marriage today,” he wrote. “The wedding took place in Ahmedabad with traditional rituals and Shubh Mangal Bhaav among loved ones.”

The business magnate apologized for the intimate nature of the event, explaining that it was a small and private function. “It was a small and extremely private function, so we could not invite all the well-wishers even if we wanted to, for which I apologize,” he said.  

The wedding festivities commenced at 2 pm, with rituals conducted in accordance with Jain and Gujarati traditions. The ceremony, held at Shantigram, the Adani township in Ahmedabad, was a testament to the family’s deep-rooted values and cultural heritage.

Jeet Adani, a director at Adani Airports, holds an engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He joined the Adani Group in 2019 and has been actively involved in the family business since. Diva Jaimin Shah, the daughter of diamond merchant Jaimin Shah, is a graduate of the Parsons School of Design in New York.  

The couple’s decision to keep the wedding a low-key affair reflects their desire for a personal and intimate celebration. It also underscores the Adani family’s commitment to simplicity and tradition, values that have guided their personal and professional lives.

In a remarkable gesture of philanthropy, Gautam Adani announced a donation of Rs 10,000 crore to various social causes on the occasion of his son’s wedding. The funds will be directed towards initiatives in healthcare, education, and skill development, reflecting the family’s commitment to social responsibility.  

The wedding of Jeet and Diva Adani is not just a celebration of love but also a testament to the values that the Adani family holds dear.
