Bigg Boss 18: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, known for his fiery temper and straight-forward nature, recently took a jibe at Shark Tank India judge Ashneer Grover during the grand premiere of Bigg Boss 18. The actor-host didn’t mince his words as he called out Grover’s ‘Doglapan’ (double-faced nature) and criticized his attitude.
Khan’s remarks came during a segment where he was interacting with the contestants. Without taking any names, he expressed his disapproval of certain individuals who exhibit a “double standard” behavior, hinting at Grover’s controversial persona.
‘“Mere baare me kehte huye suna hai that you have signed me. Sab figures bhi aapne galat bataye. Toh phir yeh dogalapan kya hai? (I heard you talked about signing me and mentioned all the wrong figures. So what is this double standard?)” Salman said. To this, Ashneer politely replied, “Aapko jo brand ambassador kia, I think that was one of the smartest moves.”
Grover’s stint on Shark Tank India was marked by his sharp tongue and often abrasive behavior towards entrepreneurs. While his candid nature garnered a significant following, it also drew criticism from many who found his comments to be harsh and insensitive.
Khan’s comments on Bigg Boss 18 have sparked discussions on social media, with many fans praising the actor for calling out Grover’s behavior. Some have even suggested that Khan’s remarks could have wider implications for reality TV personalities who often resort to controversial tactics to gain attention.
It remains to be seen how Grover will respond to Khan’s public criticism. However, the incident has undoubtedly added fuel to the ongoing debate about the ethics of reality TV and the impact of public figures on popular culture.
