Important Update: The registration window for JEE Main 2025 January session has now closed. The next opportunity to apply will be for the April session

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is responsible for conducting the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) or JEE Main, a national-level engineering entrance exam. The exam is conducted twice a year, in January and April. The January session of JEE Main 2025 is scheduled to be held from January 22 to 31, 2025.

  • Exam Dates: January 22 to 31, 2025

Eligibility Criteria for JEE Main 2025

  • Age Limit: Candidates should be born on or after October 1, 1999.
  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects.
  • Appearing Candidates: Candidates appearing for Class 12 or equivalent exams in 2025 are also eligible.

Steps to Apply for JEE Main 2025

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to the official website of NTA JEE Main at https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/.
  2. Register: Click on the “Registration” link and create a new account using your email address and mobile number.
  3. Fill in the Application Form: After registering, fill in the application form with personal, academic, and contact details.
  4. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your passport-sized photograph, signature, and other required documents.
  5. Pay the Application Fee: Pay the application fee online through credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.
  6. Review and Submit: Review all the information entered in the application form and submit it.
  7. Print the Confirmation Page: Take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.

  • Application Fee: The application fee for JEE Main 2025 is Rs. 1,000 for General category candidates and Rs. 500 for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
