New Delhi: Recently the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has launched a new online Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme. The virtual programme is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and IGNOU’s School of Management Studies will be offered the online MBA. Delhi: A sizeable quantity of explosives was found in the flower market of East Delhi. The bomb was found inside a bag left in the middle of the popular market in today’s morning. A controlled explosion was carried out by the police in Ghazipur market also known as flower market which usually draws huge crowds.
